Students or Athletes that are not a part of a sport using the weight room as a team may sign up individually for an 8-week progression of strength and agility training with N1 Performance Fitness Trainers from April 2 - May 21 (remainder of the spring sport season).
Whether you have specific sport goals or are just looking to improve overall health, strength and endurance, N1 performance training will take you to the next level. With any questions please reach out to activitiesoffice@delasalle.com.
